1. Pre sales service

(2) During the user selection stage, we welcome users to visit our factory for inspection. Our factory is willing to provide technical information related to the product, and promptly provide various technical consultations and answer user questions. If users need it, our factory will assist users who are not familiar with the product in selecting the most suitable product, correct specifications, and models.
2. In sales service
(1) After the contract is signed and takes effect, users are welcome to visit our factory for inspection and supervision. Our factory will actively cooperate and provide convenience for the inspection and supervision personnel in terms of work and life. Our factory will actively adopt and take timely improvement measures for the reasonable opinions on the manufacturing quality of electrical products put forward by the dispatched personnel of users.
(2) Strictly follow the technical requirements of the contract and relevant national standards to organize production, ensure quality and quantity, and deliver on time.
(3) Before the product leaves the factory, according to user requirements, notify users to send personnel to participate in the inspection together. Our factory will provide convenience for the personnel sent by users in terms of life and work, and can provide free training for users.
(4) Before the product is shipped, our factory will notify the user and provide them with detailed technical information about the product, including sample information, product quality certificate, factory inspection report, shipping list, installation and operation instructions, and relevant documents for equipment maintenance and upkeep.
(5) When shipping goods, they can be picked up by the user or transported by our factory according to the user's requirements. If the goods are damaged or damaged due to our transportation reasons, our factory will dispatch personnel to handle them in a timely manner until the user is satisfied.
(6) The goods are shipped to the user's site. If requested by the user, our factory will send personnel to participate in the acceptance inspection together. At the same time, we will provide free training for the user on the installation, use, maintenance, and other knowledge of electrical equipment.
(7) If the user requests early supply due to tight schedule or other special circumstances, our factory will respond to the user's urgent needs, handle special matters, prioritize production, and make every effort to meet the user's requirements.
3. After sales service
(1) Our factory implements a 24-hour after-sales service system, which means that upon receiving a notice from the user requesting after-sales service, we guarantee to respond within 3 hours and send dedicated technical personnel to the site within 24 hours to troubleshoot equipment faults.
(2) Our factory provides the manufacturer's quality inspection certificate, qualification certificate, and other relevant materials for the selected materials and main accessories, and is responsible for them for life. If there are any quality problems with the products during the reasonable use period, after confirmation by both parties, it is our factory's responsibility. Our factory is responsible for handling, exchanging, or returning the products at no cost. The quality problem caused by user responsibility will be actively assisted by our factory to solve and strive to meet user requirements. (3) If users need to provide technical guidance during installation and use, our factory will promptly dispatch professional personnel to provide services to meet user requirements
